1. Acceptance of Terms & Age Requirement

By accessing or using Bail Buddhi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. This age requirement is in compliance with applicable Indian laws. If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to use this service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Bail Buddhi is a community-driven platform where users can share everyday situations and receive votes from other users on how to handle them. The service is provided for entertainment purposes only.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post content that is offensive, harassing, or discriminatory
• Share personal information of others without consent
• Use the platform for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to manipulate voting or engagement metrics
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the platform
• Post spam or commercial content without authorization

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Bail Buddhi a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

5. Content Moderation

We use automated systems and human review to moderate content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.

6. Friends, Feeds & Sharing Posts

You can send and accept friend requests. Both people receive a confirmation email when a request is sent and when it is accepted. Once connected:

• Your public situations may appear in your friend's Friends feed, and theirs in yours.
• You can send posts to a friend in a direct message; the message includes a link anyone with it can open if the post is public.
• You may remove a friend at any time, which ends the feed sharing.
• You must not use friend requests, messages, or shared links for spam, harassment, or to route people to content that breaks these terms.

7. Ask Bail & AI Verdicts

Ask Bail generates humorous verdicts using AI. Verdicts are entertainment only and are never medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. By using Ask Bail you agree that:

• Your situation text is sent to our AI provider to generate a verdict.
• A short excerpt of the situation and the verdict it produced are stored for usage limits, abuse prevention, and to grow our anonymised situation library — never published with your name attached.
• Fair-use limits apply per plan, and attempting to bypass them may result in loss of access.
• AI output can be wrong or oddly worded; you are responsible for how you act on it.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Votes and opinions shared on the platform should not be taken as professional advice. Always use your own judgment in real-life situations.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bail Buddhi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
